AGM/DGM/ Engineer-MEP/ Electrician/ Supervisor/ Supervisor-Plumbing/ Executive & Sr. Executive-Sales/ Management-Trainee/ HR Manager-Site /HR Executive-Site/ International Sales Executive    

Qualification: Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering /Graduation/PG/ITI/MBA-Sales/MBA-HR

1- Supervisor (Construction)

Experience : 2+ years of experience as a supervisor-non technical/Site supervisor, capable in structural and finishing work and reading drawings.

Qualification: UG. 

2- Electrician (Maintenance)

Experience : 2+ years of experience of electrical maintenance.

Qualification: ITI Electrical/Electrician. 

3- Supervisor-Plumbing (Maintenance)

Experience : 2+ years of experience as a supervisor-plumbing, capable in internal/external plumbing, understanding of drawing, erection & maintenance, taking measurement, material consumption analysis, labor handling.

Qualification: UG. 

4- Engineer-MEP

Experience : 4-6 years of experience in MEP. Experience in fire, gas, STP, plumbing in high rise building or residential projects, coordination, planning, bill certification, execution and drawing etc. 

Qualification: Diploma or B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

5- Management Trainee-Marketing

Experience : Fresher. Willingness to learn & excel in sales field, well looking & good English communication, preference to good academic background . 

Qualification: MBA in Marketing. 

6- International Sales Executive-Sales

Experience : 3-5 years of experience in sales. Experience of direct sales of living space in reputed company or companies, well looking & good English communication, having valid passport  will be preferred.

Qualification: Graduate/MBA in Marketing. 

7- Executive & Sr. Executive-Sales

Experience : 3-5 years of experience in sales. Experience of direct sales of living space in reputed company or companies, well looking & good English communication, having valid passport  will be preferred.

Qualification: Graduate/MBA in Marketing.

8- Manager-Site HR

Experience : 10-12 years of experience as site HR Manager in construction or infrastructure company. Experience of time management, payroll, statutory, contractor & labor management, medical, canteen, health, labor safety coordination, EPF, ESIC, Labor contract, ensure compliance etc.

Qualification: Any Graduate/PG.

9- Executive-Site HR

Experience : 2-5 years of experience as site HR/Admin in construction site. Experience of time management, payroll, statutory requirement of contract labor, EPF, construction worker, minimum wages, knowledge of labor law etc.

Qualification: Any Graduate/PG in HR.
