Job Purpose:
Candidate will be a part of the Project Execution & Factory O&M of the future Solar Cell & Solar Module Manufacturing plant, overseeing the installation and commissioning of the Utilities and other electrical machinery.
Profile & Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: - 6 to 9 Years
- Qualification: - Diploma / B.E / B. Tech - Electrical Engineering
- Age Limit: - Between 24-32 years
- Should have exposure of Operation & maintenance and troubleshooting of HT/LT switchgears i.e. Power & Distribution Transformers, Electrical Panels, DG Sets, HT/LT Motors, Battery Banks, VFD, UPS, Soft Starters etc.
- Should have exposure in Large scale plant utility system.
- Capability to handle of all Shift activity independently & effectively with trouble shooting & fault analysis of various electrical faults in electrical system.
- Analytical skill & Decision making, Knowledge of Standards and Codes, Planning and control, Strategic orientation, Problem solving, Negotiation skills, performance and accountability, leadership, Team work, integrity and commitment.

Responsibility:
- Maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of 33 KV switchgear panels and all related equipment, including CB, CT, PT, LA, protection relays, RTCC panel, 33/11KV transformers, SCADA, SAS, and battery charger panel with battery.
- 33KV/415V Transformers, HT/LT Panels with quick bus transfer system, HT/LT Motors, and HT/LT Capacitor Panels operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of 1750KVA DG Sets and a 400KVA UPS system with battery bank.
- Air compressors, Chillers, HVAC, PEN, PUW, PEX, Gas Yard with N2 Generation facility, Fire Pump House, CETP, STP, WDS, Warehouse, and other connected equipment with Electrical system operation, maintenance, commissioning, and troubleshooting
- Having experience with VFDs and Soft Starters.
- Effective HT/LT Electrical System operation and maintenance.
- Handling all shift activities successfully and independently, including fault investigation and troubleshooting of various electrical defects in the electrical system.
- Understanding of power system protection and relay coordination.
- Maintenance and condition monitoring of electrical systems, including supervision of workers to ensure safety and quality in accordance with the project specifications.
- Preparation and monitoring of daily energy data, as well as cost-cutting analyses
- System modification and enhancement for process and maintenance convenience.
- IMS implementation includes the creation of SOPs, work instructions, and 5S checklists, among other things.
- Implement a safety culture throughout the department and company.
- Subordinates are trained.
